2. Payment Methods & Security
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C), and other internationally recognized payment methods. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Payment Schedule: Typically structured as 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation, with balance due before shipment. Custom payment schedules may be arranged for established clients or large projects.
Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final pricing for extended project timelines.
Security Measures: All financial information is transmitted through secure, encrypted channels. We comply with international banking security standards and maintain strict confidentiality of all payment information.
Late Payment: Overdue payments may incur interest charges and may result in project delays or suspension of services until payment is received.
3. Shipping & Logistics Policies
Shipping Methods: We offer sea freight, air freight, express courier, and railway transport options. Method selection depends on urgency, destination, and cargo specifications.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days
- Air Freight: 7-15 business days
- Sea Freight: 15-45 business days depending on destination
- Railway (Europe): 18-25 business days
International Shipping: We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services to major markets including USA, Europe, Japan, Singapore, and Dubai. All customs clearance and duties are handled by our logistics partners.
Drop Shipping: Available for multi-location deliveries. We can ship directly to your retail locations or warehouses with detailed labeling and sorting as per your requirements.
Packaging Standards: All shipments are packed according to ISTA standards with appropriate protection for international transport. Special handling requirements will be accommodated as needed.
Risk & Insurance: Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Insurance coverage is available and recommended for high-value shipments.
4. Return & Exchange Policies
Custom Manufacturing Notice: As all our products are custom-manufactured to client specifications, returns and exchanges are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.
Acceptable Return Conditions:
- Manufacturing defects that do not meet agreed specifications
- Damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide detailed photos and description of the issue
- Obtain return authorization (RA) number
- Ship items back in original packaging with RA number
Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Our quality team will assess each case individually.
Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after delivery are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Samtop Display. Customer-initiated returns may be subject to shipping charges.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

Portfolio Usage: We may request permission to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials. Client approval will be obtained before any public use of project images.
Manufacturing Rights: By engaging our services, you grant us the right to manufacture products according to your specifications. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the designs provided.
Trademark Protection: We will not reproduce or manufacture items bearing trademarks or copyrighted material without proper authorization from the rights holder.
Design Modifications: Any engineering modifications or improvements we suggest remain your intellectual property. Our manufacturing processes and techniques remain our proprietary information.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or be error-free.
Material Performance: We provide guidance on material selection based on intended use, but cannot guarantee performance in all environmental conditions. Clients should conduct their own testing for specific applications.
Compliance Responsibility: While we maintain various certifications (SA8000, FSC, ISO 9001/14001), clients are responsible for ensuring our products meet their local regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
Third-Party Services: We work with various suppliers and logistics partners. While we select reputable partners, we cannot be held responsible for their independent actions or failures.
Website Availability: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our website and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability.
