Case Study: Custom Multi-Material Perfume Display for Luxury Retail Brands
(Metal | Wood | Marble | Acrylic | Glass Dome)

A luxury perfume display crafted by Samtop combines metal CNC, piano lacquer wood, marble bases, and acrylic with glass domes.
Engineered with precision CNC metalwork, brushed plating, and hand-polished finishes, this design delivers elegance and durability for high-end fragrance presentations.
Luxury perfume brands often struggle to find a display solution that captures their brand’s sophistication — balancing material harmony, luxurious texture, and manufacturing precision across mixed materials.
Off-the-shelf or single-material displays often fail to reflect the tactile richness of a luxury product.
For fragrance brands, the display is not just a holder — it’s part of the scent experience.
A poor display can reduce the perceived value of a $300 perfume.
Samtop Display engineered a multi-material perfume glorifier integrating metal, wood, marble, acrylic, and glass — merging technical precision with artistic craftsmanship.
This case study reveals how Samtop achieved seamless luxury across materials and processes.

Samtop’s engineers developed a parametric design model to ensure consistent dome alignment and perfect fit between marble and acrylic.
2️⃣ Woodworking – Piano Lacquer Finish

Each MDF body was coated 7 times and baked at 60°C for a deep black mirror shine, achieving luxury automotive-grade gloss.
3️⃣ Metalwork – CNC + Brushing + Plating

The brass frames and dome tops were CNC-machined for precision, followed by brushed texture and PVD electroplating, ensuring oxidation resistance.
4️⃣ Marble Processing

Natural marble discs were cut and sealed to prevent staining from perfume oil, providing long-term visual stability.
