💡 All dual-material joints (e.g. PU + acrylic) are dry-fit before final bonding.
3️⃣ Assembly + Component Testing
- Magnet Polarity: Jigs used for alignment
- LED Test: Voltage, heat check, color temp (Kelvin)
- Snap Fits: Test 10 cycles for looseness or friction
- Structural Check: Rock, tilt, or torque resistance

4️⃣ Golden Sample Check
Your golden sample defines:
- Dimensions
- Materials & finishes
- LED specs & brightness
- Logo position (X/Y/Z)
- Assembly logic
All units must match this — verified with photos, caliper checks, and visual QC.
