Custom POP Display Project Examples
A finished display photo does not show the production decisions behind it. The structure, product holders, finish, logo method, lighting, packing, and assembly preparation all affect whether the custom POP display works well in the store.
Example 1: Cosmetic Promotional POP Display with Prize Drop Function
This cosmetic promotional POP display was designed as an interactive counter display. It included layered decorative graphics, gold trim details, front-and-back structure alignment, and a prize-drop function for tokens or medals.
The main challenge was inside the display. The spacing between the acrylic cylinders and guide positions had to be controlled carefully. If the gap was too tight, the token could get stuck. If the gap was too loose, the drop path would not feel controlled.
Samtop checked the internal spacing, drop path, acrylic guide parts, layered decorative structure, front-and-back alignment, split packing, and local setup sequence before production. What this solved: the display did not only look good as a cosmetic promotional display; the interactive function could also work more smoothly in real use.
Example 2: Perfume Counter POP Display with Replaceable Campaign Graphics
This perfume counter POP display used a metal frame and upper-and-lower split structure. The structure did not require complicated extra joining during local setup, which made it easier to handle at counter level.
A practical feature was the replaceable printed paper area. The same display body could be used for different fragrance campaigns, while the front or back artwork could be changed for seasonal launches, holiday promotions, or limited-edition visuals.
Samtop checked the metal frame fitting, split structure, graphic paper area, counter stability, packing method, and surface protection before delivery. What this solved: the fragrance brand could keep the same display structure while updating campaign visuals for different seasons.
Example 3: POS Display with Acrylic Grid Layout
For some POS displays, acrylic grid compartments may look simple, but spacing is critical. If the grid is too tight, product cards, testers, or small items may get stuck. If it is too loose, the display may look messy.
