Samtop provides installation preparation and reference materials. Final overseas on-site installation, fixing and safety checks are handled by the customer's appointed local team.

Large retail fixtures may include cabinets, panels, lighting and several connection points. This workshop example shows a large retail display during assembly, before any required disassembly and packing arrangements are finalized.
Finished Metal Component Protection
Decorative metal parts with polished or plated finishes need protection from scratches and rubbing. Finished metal components are placed separately on protective material before packing.
Palletized Export Packing
Larger shipments may use palletized packing to keep packages grouped and secured during handling. Packed goods arranged on pallets with external wrapping and strapping.

Yes. We can arrange European-standard pallets, including EUR/EPAL specifications where required. We can also review environmental and destination-specific packing requirements. Please share any required material specifications or documentation before packing is finalized.
Yes. Samtop can coordinate shipments to different countries and multiple stores within the same country. With an approved store allocation list, we can prepare store-specific packing, labels and shipment information.
Yes. We can work with the customer's freight forwarder or coordinate agreed shipping arrangements, including sea freight, air freight and DDP delivery where available. The delivery terms, route and destination requirements are confirmed for each project.
Please send photos of the damage, the relevant part number and shipment details. We can review the issue and arrange a replacement component when shipping damage is confirmed. Replacement and delivery details are coordinated for the affected part.
Depending on the project, we can provide labeled components, hardware kits, basic tools, installation instructions and assembly videos. These materials help your appointed local team prepare for installation. Samtop does not provide overseas on-site installation.
